Tech Vault

Mountain Air Systems designed, installed and currently maintains the mechanical systems for Tech Vault's state of the art data center located in South Burlington, VT. The mechanical system consists of a high efficiency, water cooled chiller plant that provides in row cooling for the data center. The chiller plant is connected to two (2) 100 ton cooling towers and a water side economizer that eliminates the need to run the chillers throughout the winter months. The entire system was designed with future expansion in mind. Cooling capacity can be added to the existing system at any time without ever having to interrupt service to the data center. The entire system was also designed with N+1 redundancy, ensuring that the critical cooling load within the data center will always be handled without interruption. The project received LEED Silver Certification.
